Azure subscriptions, resources, networks and monthly cost for each client, alongside their on-premises estate.

  • Microsoft Azure

Webhooks and an API for the rest

For the tools there is no connector for yet.

What is sent
Ticket, SLA, billing, asset and co-management events, as they happen.
How you can trust it
Every delivery is signed so the receiving system can verify it came from Solidlio, and old deliveries cannot be replayed.
When it fails
Failed deliveries are retried, and the full delivery history is visible in the product.
API
Available on Growth, Scale and Enterprise (Professional and above for businesses). Keys are issued and revoked by an administrator and every use is logged.
Questions

What integrators ask

Does one connection cover all of our clients?

Yes. A single Microsoft 365, monitoring, GLPI or QuickBooks connection is mapped to your clients once, and every record it brings in lands in the right client's account rather than in a shared pile.

What if our tool is not on the list?

Outbound webhooks send signed events for tickets, billing, assets and more to any address you control, with delivery history and retries you can see in the product. Paid plans also include API access for your own tooling.

How are integration credentials stored?

Encrypted at rest. Once saved, a credential is never shown again; the product only reports whether one exists and whether it is working.

Which accounting systems are supported?

QuickBooks Online, both ways, covering invoices, payments, credit notes, customers, items, vendors, bills and purchase orders, with sales tax and currency carried across. Xero and Sage are not connected today.

Can we import from our current PSA or RMM?

GLPI syncs both ways today. For ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Halo PSA, Datto RMM, NinjaOne there is no live connector; the migration guide sets out what can be imported from a file export and what cannot.

Is anything here a roadmap item?

No. Everything on this page is available now. Tools that are not connected are listed by name in the answers above so you can plan around them.

Connect one system and watch where the records land.

Every connector works on the free plan. Bring your Microsoft 365 tenant or your RMM to the demo and we will connect it live.
