Solidlio is made in Edmonton by Tridacom IT Solutions, a managed service provider. It is the system we run our own practice on, which is the constraint that keeps it honest.
The tools we tried each solved one slice. A ticketing system that knew nothing about the asset. Billing that knew nothing about the contract. Procurement in a spreadsheet beside both, and a client who could not answer the simplest question about what they owned or what they had agreed to. We built Solidlio around the whole job instead: intake through to invoice, with the estate, the approvals and the money in the same place.
A feature that does not survive contact with a real client, a real distributor and a real month-end does not stay in the product. That is the test everything here has passed.

Tridacom has delivered managed IT services from Edmonton for years. Solidlio exists because nothing on the market ran the whole job: the ticket, the device it was about, the contract that covered it, the time it took and the invoice it ended up on. The awkward parts got built first, because they were the parts costing us afternoons.

The client's data is the client's
Every client keeps its own account. Providers are invited in and can be shown out. We think that is the honest basis for a long relationship, and it is the reason a business will let a second provider in without a fight.

Categorising a ticket, summarising a long thread, pulling the line items off a supplier invoice, drafting a status update. Each action has a credit price you can see. Switch it off and everything else keeps working.

Your logo, colours and domain across the portal and every email, down to the legal footer. Your clients should think you built it.

Production runs in Canada. The features that rely on providers outside Canada are named on the trust page, and the ones you can switch off are marked as such.
