For IT providers and the businesses they look after
Help desk, assets, projects and billing in one place.
Solidlio runs the service desk, keeps the asset register, tracks the projects and sends the invoices. Each client keeps its own account; you connect to it, do the work and bill for it. If the relationship changes, nothing has to be exported.
- 59 capabilities, each with its own page
- 25 ready-made connectors
- 3 portals plus a mobile app: provider, client, end user
- 13 provinces and territories of sales tax, built in
Each client is its own account. Providers connect to it.
In most service desks a client is a folder inside the provider's system. Bring in a second provider and they either see every other client or nothing at all. Change providers and a year of history has to be exported, cleaned and imported, and some of it never makes the trip.
Solidlio gives every client an account of its own. A provider is granted access to it and works inside it. One provider is primary and bills the client; others can collaborate on the same tickets and assets without seeing the money. Ending a relationship is a single action, and every record stays exactly where it was.

The client has its own account. Each provider was granted access and can have it removed. One is primary and bills; the rest collaborate and never see the money.

From the distributor's price list to your client's order
Live cost and stock from Ingram Micro and TD Synnex flow into one catalogue of over 600,000 products, with photos and specifications filled in. Your markup rules, per-client contract prices and margin floors are applied once, so the quote, the storefront and the invoice always agree.
Clients order from a branded storefront, purchase orders go to suppliers, and receiving turns a shipment into assets on the client's register.
What the client sees, and what the provider sees
The same ticket, asset or project, with each side's private notes kept private.
| Topic | The client | The provider |
|---|---|---|
| Who owns the data | The client, always | Nothing. You work in accounts you have been given access to |
| Getting started together | Accepts an invitation, or enters your partner code | Sends an invitation, or accepts a request |
| How many providers | As many as it wants; it chooses which one bills | As many clients as your plan allows |
| What each side sees | Its own tickets, assets, projects and invoices | Every client you look after, filterable to one |
| Private notes | Notes its own staff write stay in-house | Your internal notes never reach the client |
| The brand on the portal | Its own, if it sets one | Yours, across every client, from one setting |
| Parting ways | Removes a provider in one click and keeps everything | Hands the client back, with nothing to export |

Set up in an afternoon
Pick the blueprint that matches how you work. Queues, SLA targets, ticket categories, canned responses, agreement templates and business hours are created for you, and you can run it again later without duplicating anything.
-
Bring your clients across
Create a client with its account, contacts, contract and agreement pack in one step. Agreements go out for signature, and the client's portal opens the moment they are signed.
-
Connect what you already run
Microsoft 365 mailboxes, your monitoring tools, QuickBooks Online and your distributors' price lists. One connection covers every client you manage.
-
Do the work
Requests arrive by portal, email or alert and land in the right queue with the clock running. Changes go through approval. Time is logged against the ticket. Quotes and orders price the same way every time.
-
Get paid
Invoices go out in the client's currency with the right provincial tax. Clients pay by card or bank debit from their portal, and QuickBooks stays in step without re-keying.

Two plan families, priced in Canadian dollars

Is Solidlio for managed service providers or for internal IT teams?
Both, and that is the point. A provider uses it to run its whole practice: service desk, assets, projects, catalogue and billing across every client. A business uses it to run its own IT, with or without a provider attached. When the two work together they share the same tickets, assets and projects, and each keeps the notes it does not want the other to see.
What does “each client is its own account” mean day to day?
A client's tickets, devices, contracts and invoices live in an account the client owns. Your provider connects to that account with the client's consent and works inside it. If the client adds a second provider, or changes providers, nothing is exported or re-imported; the access changes and the records stay where they are, with the same reference numbers.
Can two providers work with the same client at once?
Yes. One provider is primary: it bills the client, brands the portal and email, and its plan covers the client if the client has none of its own. Any number of others can collaborate on tickets, assets, projects and calendars. Collaborators see the work, not the money.
Where is our data stored?
In Microsoft Azure's Canada Central region, with backups kept in a second Canadian region for 35 days. A few optional features send data to providers outside Canada, such as AI assistance and card payments; they are named on the trust page and can be left switched off.
What does it cost to get started?
There is a free plan for a small practice or a small IT team, with the full service desk, invoicing, quoting and the audit trail included. Paid plans add capacity, SLA management, projects, change approvals, email integration and branding. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are listed in full on the pricing page.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Anyone with a login can download their own personal data as JSON or CSV from their portal page, on any plan. Tickets, assets, invoices and other records export to CSV from their list pages, and the API is available on paid plans.
