Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for using Solidlio responsibly and lawfully.
1. Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Solidlio and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including our customers, their users, and their End Clients. We may update this AUP from time to time.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use the Services to store or transmit:
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Content that exploits or harms minors.
- Content that violates applicable export controls or sanctions.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems or networks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except under an authorized program (see “Security and reporting” below).
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including by circumventing usage limits or rate limits.
- Resell or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted in the Terms.
4. Email and anti-spam
You must not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spam) or to send messages in violation of applicable anti-spam laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents, providing accurate sender information, and honouring unsubscribe requests for messages you send through the Services.
5. AI use
When using AI-assisted features, you must not submit inputs or generate outputs that are unlawful, abusive, or that violate the usage policies of our AI providers. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on or distributing them.
6. Security and reporting
If you discover a security vulnerability or become aware of misuse of the Services, please report it to support@solidlio.com. Do not access or modify data that is not yours, and do not disrupt the Services while investigating.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle usage, or suspend or terminate access for violations of this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity and applicable law. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
